Set Your Intentions

Making a clear agreement with yourself is the foundation of your training. Fill out the Six Spheres of Intention form. Six lenses through which to look at the spheres that govern how you show up in life.

Daily Reflections

A live Opening Ceremony kicks things off. Then, every day for 27 days, you get Daily Quotes and Queries to keep you tuned in and on track. Invite a broader perspective to help you discover your deeper truths.

Weekly Instructions

Twice a week, receive teachings on each of the Six Spheres of Intention. Short, potent talks from a master coach and teacher of liberation. Integration days make sure you have time to take it in...and get a break.

What is the time commitment required to participate?

Like anything, the more you put INTO it, the more you'll get OUT of it. This was designed to work for people with full everyday lives. Applying some effort and making a small sacrifice is an important part of priming your mind-body for change. 

Daily Engagement: Plan on 10-15 minutes a day to read and digest the daily prompts.

Twice-Weekly Talks: Set aside no more than an hour twice a week to watch & listen to the pre-recorded framing talks at a time convenient to you.
• Optional Coaching: If you've opted in, dedicate hour per week for the Collective Coaching Call, and if you're really leveled up, just 30 minutes for your incisive one-to-one call.

​Because this is a system, it works at a foundational level, so even if you miss a day or two, or even three, you will still do great. If you can set aside an hour a day, you'll make amazing progress!

Yes! You'll receive the emails during the week you are away. Join us again when you are back. Just drop in where you are and you can always review them at your convenience, as well as catch up on the private network.

What if I can't make that time, can I still participate?

We record the calls every week and post them within a few hours. If you've opted into a package that includes this component, you can participate according to your schedule.
