Like anything, the more you put INTO it, the more you'll get OUT of it. This was designed to work for people with full everyday lives. Applying some effort and making a small sacrifice is an important part of priming your mind-body for change.
• Daily Engagement: Plan on 10-15 minutes a day to read and digest the daily prompts.
• Twice-Weekly Talks: Set aside no more than an hour twice a week to watch & listen to the pre-recorded framing talks at a time convenient to you.
• Optional Coaching: If you've opted in, dedicate hour per week for the Collective Coaching Call, and if you're really leveled up, just 30 minutes for your incisive one-to-one call.
Because this is a system, it works at a foundational level, so even if you miss a day or two, or even three, you will still do great. If you can set aside an hour a day, you'll make amazing progress!
